ABOUT THE TEAM
Team Granderson is the official 2011 ING New York City Marathon Team of New York Yankees star Curtis Granderson. All runners on Team Granderson will be fundraising for the Grand Kids Foundation, which works with improving the educational experience for youth nationwide through grants in the arts, sciences and educational field trips.

When was Team Granderson started?
Team Granderson was started for the 2010 ING New York City Marathon. 10 runners for Team Granderson raised $28,000 for the Grand Kids Foundation
Where does the money go?
100% of the funds raised for the Grand Kids Foundation go back to their intended cause - education. A nationwide grant program was started by the Grand Kids Foundation in 2011, which will be the main focus of its funding moving forward.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. The Grand Kids Foundation is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3). If you need a receipt for your donation, you may contact us and request one.
